My Story

I'm Kate and I'm delighted to say that I am the new owner of Calne Pet Supplies. I believe in providing a warm welcome, fantastic customer service and practical, impartial advice when needed.

I've left a successful career in project management and followed my heart into the pet industry. I'm a fur-mum to my two wonderful Cocker Spaniels, Harvey and Chloe and my gorgeous cat, Jasper.

I have been a customer of the shop for many years and when I found out that the shop had been sold I was devastated as I had missed the opportunity to purchase this fabulous pet supplies shop. Then several months later I couldn't believe what I was reading on Facebook; the shop was back up for sale. I had been given another chance and I was not going to miss it for a second time.

What makes me qualified to run a pet supplies shop? My love for animals and my plentiful years in customer service and project management which has allowed me to build a tool box of transferable skills.
